From the profound breathwork sessions that opened new pathways, to the deeply calming and resonant sound bathing, every moment was designed for growth. The day in Joshua Tree at Windwalker Medicine Wheel led by Cherokee elder Abe, was amazing. It felt incredibly grounding and connected me to something ancient and powerful. The serene Korean tea ceremony was a beautiful lesson in mindfulness and presence and unexpectedly took me to an emotional place connecting with my ancestors. Honestly, it included so much more than I can articulate – I'm still processing the layers of insight and healing I experienced. I'm already looking forward to next year's retreat!"

Cindy did my first ever Reiki session. Which was amazing. She made me feel very
comfortable and explained everything to me. She incorporated crystals and sound bowls.
On top of that was her psychic /mediumship abilities. The conversation was so healing for
